Crates

Out of the box, I was very impressed by how sturdy the crate was. Set up was easy enough, it does take me several minutes to get all of the side screws in place - hopefully it'll get quicker with some practice. The nice thing is, they live on the side rails when not in use so you won't likely lose them during transit.
Love the well thought out details - sturdy latches that hold the crate in collapsed and expanded position, the smooth opening latch, multiple handles, corner guards, beautiful finish, and how all surfaces are smooth and safe for a dog to stay in.
Pup is 11 weeks and mostly crate trained. I bought the large size in hopes that it could be her lifetime crate, there are no dividers available but it has not been an issue for accidents. Pup has struggled from going from a wire crate to this one which limits vision, but we're getting there with time and patience.
Best thing about K&J Crates has been the customer service from start to finish. I had questions while searching for a crate for a new puppy, and they were very prompt and helpful. Then, I had some issues with shipping (this was due to the shipping company, and not K&J), and they were also very quick to keep me apprised of what was happening.
I do not regret spending the extra $$ for a huge step up in quality and peace of mind for my pup and would recommend if it's within budget.

Ordered our crate for our silver lab pup at Christmas time. Minus the timing around the holidays it was delivered quickly. Assembly was pretty straightforward and stress free which was nice. I had pre ordered the crate pad a long with it but I did not receive that until April. Having this pad in the crate was a game changer as it really cut down on the noise our pup made in the crate. Going forward my only suggestion would be to keep your customers in the loop with pre ordered items so that the trust is still there and the reassurance is given where needed.

I’m writing you today about the accessory I bought for my dogs crate.
With the weather getting warmer you’ll want one of these fans to keep your friend. Cool. Having mine now for about three weeks I leave it on most of the time during the spring weather as it gets fairly warm in the back of my pick up. My dog really enjoys the cool breeze and dog bowl together. It makes a perfect combination for the upcoming summer.

This is a crate that will last for your dogs entire lifetime, as well as the 3 next ones you get

We have tried all different types of crates for our tornado bully and his new K&J crate is second to none! He loves his new den and we are confident knowing that he is happy, safe and secure. Leash is very durable, extremely well-made and has reflective strips on both sides for walking at night. The secure clip lock closes firmly in place and is really easy to release for active dogs.

I bought the medium size and am very happy with the quality and fit.
I like the versatility of the two doors for placement on the seat. Being able to strap the crate to the seat means my dog is safer and frees up floor space in the van.
My Chihuahua is comfortable and has settled in quickly to his new crate.

We got the crate pale system for our dog to help with his hydration when on road trips.
It’s incredibly easy to use, easy to clean, well-constructed, rugged mounting bracket and heavy-duty hardware.
When the pail is mounted low on the door it swings inside and to the side when closed and out of the way when opened. It is a great addition to his crate and is one less thing we have to pack around.

Love the crates

I have two dogs that literally wrecked their well-made plastic crates by punching out sides or chewing around the door. These crates that I have purchased from K&J crates to prevent this.
My dogs are now save and I don’t have to worry about them. The crates are well-made. I have another dog in which I will be purchasing another one of these crates again.
