A beautiful tack box with plenty of space for my grooming items. I purchased the side caddy which works great for holding those bottles of grooming products. It is well built and of great quality!!
This is the absolute cadillac of crates!! It is stunning; amazing quality and well built. If you have a dog that tends to be a Houdini in a wire crate, this is the crate for you. I love the grooming top which saves having to bring along a separate grooming table to the show set up. If you are planning to haul the crate around and use it for show set ups, you’ll want to get the trolley as they have some weight to them. Something to consider is that they are a little “noisier”…they echo a little more inside and if you have a dog that tends to move and dig around in their kennel, it does clang and bang a little. While it has plenty of ventilation, in my personal experience, it does seem to get just slightly warmer inside than a wire crate does. All in all though, it’s a beautiful crate!!
The wheeled trolley is a must have if you are planning to use the crate at your show set ups or haul them any distance, especially the larger crates.
The crate was extremely easy to put together. Lift and clip and then insert the thumbscrews. I couldn’t imagine something so sturdy being any easier.
They were amazing from the start, I 100% recommend buying from K&J. They are amazing from answering calls as a potential customer all the way to navigating customer specific requirements. They are truly amazing especially dealing with Jillian on the phone if you buy from anywhere or anything else other than K&J you will be disappointed.
We have a Malinois and a GSD mix. Our malinois has destroyed 4 crates in her 3 1/2 year lifespan. Leaving the dogs in the kennel to go anywhere gave me the worst anxiety. I was so scared something would happen when I was gone and that they would get hurt. Especially the malinois with the way she can go from 0 to 100 in seconds. All I pictured was one of the crates hurting her and coming home to a horror show. So we got a camera... While out at lunch one day, I had the feeling to check on the girls, there she was destroying her crate again on camera. I had enough. Thousands on crates at this point, I knew we needed something better. I started googling and stumbled across K&J. The first thing I thought was ohhhh made in Canada then my mind went right to 'pricey', but is it? Think about it. 4 crates at this point, and just moments away from a major vet bill from injury. I finally ordered one. As soon as it was set up, I knew this would be perfect. But here comes the best part. The GSD. The 'good girl' who has had the same crate the entire TIME. 4 1/2 years old, got so jealous. She would lay down and pout and stare at her sisters crate. When we would try to leave she would go into her sisters crate instead of her own. So, we had to order another. Now both girls are safe and happy. Best part, when we leave the house, my anxiety is gone, I know the girls are safe and secure. The way the girls love how dark the crates are, and how the metal stays cool to touch.

This crate is amazing quality and the customer service is also amazing. I had some questions about the chew guard and I was called back within 10min. The crate arrived in a few days and it literally took me 2 mins to set up. My Malinois puppy is safe in this crate.

We used the tie downs for the first time the other day. They worked great and look nice to boot!
This crate is wonderful and beautiful to boot. While length wise it is on the bigger side for my standard poodle, it is nice and tall so if I do have to crate him during a show it leaves his hair untouched. I love how I can put all my gear inside and lock it over night.
This was a first time purchase of this style crate.
I was very impressed on the detail of safety and the colour’s available. The design of paw print’s gave this crate an added appeal.
I do recommend this crate if you are wanting a durable one.

I held off on getting a K&J crate for a long time. I have an Impact from before K&J existed, I was under the assumption they were a knock off. I couldnt have been more wrong!!! The quality is far far superior. I was so impressed by the build quality. The screws to make it a stationary that store in the rails is genius. The piano hinges have a lock screw that holds them in place (Impacts back out constantly) I also ordered the wheels and grooming set up, which I thought was a pretty penny, but yet again when they arrived I was very impressed. Thank you to K&J for making such a superior product. You wont be disapointed!!!
Within 10 seconds of opening the packaging of our new crate, it was blatantly obvious this crate was worth it. The edges are clean, the hardware is aligned and the paint was perfect. My 9 month malinois is very happy and so are we.

I had an excellent experience working with KJ to purchase my first VarioCage. I got the DXXL and am very satisfied with the quality. I used the mechanism that shows you which crates will fit in your specific vehicle (year/make/model) and it was incredibly useful. I am located in Ontario and the crate was delivered less than a week after I ordered it. I recommend KJ and will definitely be a repeat customer.
I ve bought so far 2 crated, wheels trays, door guards and airline rails from K&J and every purchase was smooth. Everything I bought is top quality and any question I had has always been responded to, with videos and calls. It s just the best !

We took advantage of the black Friday sale and got items for our PCS move to Germany. Items we got include 2 exta large kennels, rear gard rail, door guard, dog beds and transport wheels. They were very responsive to our questions for airline travel and helped us with the purchasing process. Unfortunately throughout the holidays our shipment was a bit delayed and items were lost such as the dog beds; international shipping also complicated the process. We unfortunately never received a the dog beds despite communicating lost items so I am unable to comment on those. Kennels are of great quality and rattle less then typical aluminum kennels. I highly recommend and you get what you pay for. I just note caution for internaltional shipping to the US.
We just set it up tonight for our lab/boxer/Rottweiler pup. He has destroyed all the other kennels so here’s to hoping it works for us!! But it seems way more sturdy the anything else.
I would recommend a person with strong hands to assist you. As I (farmHer) struggled to do it….
The other thing is I wish there were better instructions and a YouTube or tutorial video to watch.. also have a couple extra pieces not sure what they are.
