Delivery & Tracking: Once your crate is ready, it ships via FedEx or UPS. You'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its travels to your doorstep.

Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return your unused product.

  • Returns within 10 Days: No restocking fee.
  • Returns after 10 Days: A minimum 10% restocking fee applies (higher fees may apply if the product is returned used or damaged).
