Beautiful crate, well made. Very fast delivery and excellent customer service. The only negative point is the height of the crate, I would have liked a 26inches instead of 28 because it doesn’t fit in my car. A small would be too small for my dogs. Overall, im very satisfied with my purchase and I recommend this crate to those who want to have a two in one crate for dog shows

This crate is exactly what I hoped for. The color is perfect and it was packaged to perfection. Easy to put together and has been amazing for shows I go to alone! I also purchased the wheel base and grooming set and would definitely recommend the wheel base and grooming arm but the grooming mat is not the best. I chose to purchase a mat elsewhere.

I purchased several collapsible crates to take to the AKC shows in Orlando this past December (2023). So many people wanted to know where I had gotten them—they were all impressed. I was very happy to have them. They were easy to transport in my van and set up at the site, plus they looked extra sharp!

The 48” collapsible crate we received is a beautiful addition to the room and a comfortable and secure place for a pup to sleep safely. The collapsible style makes it possible to move the crate around if ever necessary. I love the metallic color of our crate, the “illusion lime time”. Beautiful green color. The crate is heavy duty. There are similarly designed crates on the market but they are not as heavy duty as this one from K&J. The metal of the crate is solid and does not bend. The paw print shaped air ventilation holes are also adorable. It’s obviously a very nicely crafted product. I only have one complaint and it’s that the door latch does not close easily, I believe it to be defective. The company has not been easy to reach yet regarding this. I am still overall very happy with the crate, it just takes some extra effort to get the door latch to close (you can’t just slam it shut). I’m sure this isn’t an every time occurrence and I’m hoping it will loosen up with use. The company is in Canada and I had it shipped to California, UPS did require around $85 extra postage upon delivery which was a surprise. The craftsmanship and design of the crate are really nice and I do highly recommend it!
Thank you Amber, we are so glad that the crate is a beautiful addition to your home. The metallic colours can be a bit sticky at the start as they are heavy duty and thicker than normal, so hopefully with some use this is no longer an issue. The UPS fee is a US custom fee that we unfortuantely have no control over, it is a fee charged for importing items for different countries. Thanky you again, and we love your choice of colours when it was leaving the shop.

Beautiful and functional crate. I have a medium collapsible one too in purple but this is my fav crate. Definitely see the improvements in the design and setup. Great to have a locking ability and the finish is like nothing I’ve ever seen! Now I want another one. 🤣 My only criticism would be I’d like more height with the grooming arm for my whippets. Just not quite tall enough, although it works with a short noose we could use a bit more height clearance.
No regrets with this purchase and this crate will be flying to Paris with us next year.
