Current turn around time is 8-10 weeks once an order is placed. If the crate is in stock then shipping is the next day.
Our collapsible, Metallic and Stationary Metal Crates are airline compliant, you will need to add our door guard accessory which can be found on our Accessories page. Each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo; we highly recommend contacting your chosen airline in advance
Shipping rates depending on crate size and will be calculated at checkout. Collapsible crates will be shipped with either Canada Post, UPS, Canpar or FEDEX. you must provide a physical home/Business address as most couriers will not ship our crates to a PO Box.
Stationary Crates are usually shipped via Freight.

Yes we do! International Clients please contact us prior to your purchase so we can get you a customized shipping cost. Import fees are not included in the shipping cost and this will have to be cleared by you the customer once requested.

Our collapsible and stationary crates can be cleaned with soap and water. Do not use any harsh chemicals as this can remove the powder coat finish and void the warranty on your crate.

We do not cover dog damage on any of our crate models. This includes but not limited to Chewing on vent holes, Scratching the interior, Pulling or bending the door bars, damage to the door frame.
Our crates comes with a 10 year warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship. Our crates does not come with a dog damage warranty or Shipping damage caused by couriers. Any Shipping damage will be dealt through the courier.
In stock crates are shipped within a week of receiving the order. Any of our pre-ordered Collapsible crate orders will be completed and ready for shipping according to the date on the pre-order button. Please contact us if there is an urgency with an order, we always try our best to fulfill orders as needed.
We are NOT responsible or liable for pets chewing on the Crate. Chew guards are available for our crates at an additional charge for areas more prone to chewing.
No kennel is indestructible no matter what others say. Our Crates provide the perfect amount of safety and stability to protect your dog.
The crates purpose is to create a safe enviroment for the dog, a Den so to say. These are expensive crates and dogs that are using these crates should be crate trained BEFORE using or supervised during training. Please add the door guards to stop any unwanted pulling or biting on the bars. As we dont cover dog damage.
Yes, Please keep them as you will need them should you have to return or exchange your crate by shipping it in its original packaging.
