I didn’t realize I was as picky as I am! Though working with K&J crates has been a breeze. I just want to say some of my crates are a couple years old and a couple are new. I love them the dogs love them. They are tough, don't scratch easy and look great. Several months ago, we bought a K&J medium crate with a wheeled trolley and a door chew guard. Our dog loved her ‘pod’ from the moment we first set it up. The size allowed us to use her regular dog bed in it. We recently used it to fly our dog from North America to Europe, and could not have been happier with the experience. We had picked a bright color (signal red) to be able to easily see the crate from a distance and indeed we readily spotted her being loaded onto the plane. The crate kept her safe and comfortable during the flight. The wheeled dolly is a ‘must have’ - it made moving the crate through the airport a breeze, and it conveniently stored on top of the crate during the flight. Once in Europe, the crate folded nicely and fit easily into a smaller European car along with our luggage. The airport staff (who handle dogs & crates on a regular basis ) were all very impressed with the crate. K&J provided not only top notch products but also excellent customer service - well done K&J!

I am so glad that I bought these, they make it so easy to move the crate around. They are very sturdy and are easy to put together! Definitely worth it!

This fan is fantastic, There is a dial for the strength of the breeze you want which is way better then other crate fans I have tried. So far it seems to last as long as I have needed it. I will be ordering another one for next summer.

I have an American staffy that absolutely destroys kennels! We’ve been thru multiple kennels and she’s broke all of them and has hurt her self on a few occasions. So far the K&J kennel has been heaven sent! She settled into it no problem and no damage to kennel or dog!! Thank you K&J for the amazing service and a phenomenal product!!

Upon receiving the crate I was so impressed by how heavy duty it is. Exactly what I was looking for. Super easy to set up and fold up. Excellent quality of materials and craft. Jill even called me personally to make sure I got the right colour. Cannot recommend this business enough!

I've been wanting one of these collapsible crates for a long time now and checked out several manufacturers before I decided on K&J Custom Crates. K&J had the entire show dog package that I need: Flight approved with door guard; grooming arm and rubber top, trolley for ease of transporting - it's the whole package! I decided to buy this crate when they offered a sale and my show dog just LOVES his new crate. I am a K&J lifer!! I have purchased 4 different crates from Kevin and Jill and love them. The construction is quality at it's best and I tell all my friends that they need at least one!!!

I've been using the fan a little over two weeks and have found it very helpful keeping our dog cool in her K&J custom crate on hot days when traveling. It's fast & easy to mount or dismount, and on high speed has some serious fan power. I actually haven't yet timed how long the fan will stay on until it needs charging, but it lasts quite a while on full speed and works perfectly for my needs. However, my crate is mounted in my truck bed and is exposed to direct sun, so I only put her in her crate with the fan on while doing detection work, training or short drives lasting 30 to 60 mins. I also use a wireless thermometer to monitor the internal temperature of her crate so I can constantly check my phone to ensure it's not to hot for her.

All in all, the fan 2.0 is a great product and highly recommend it 👍

Well built and solid, took a bit of figuring out to put it together the forst time alone.

Instructions wound up stuck in the box.

Now that it's together it's definitely larger than expected.

Wait time was a little long but shipping time was quick considering the distance.

No question too silly!!! This lovely couple could not have been more helpful and friendly!! I felt as though we had known them a long time when in fact we had just met! We bought 2 beautiful blue crates and two fans! Still going strong on med strength for over 26 hours!! While at the Edmonton dog show at the equine center, we got to view How the wheels worked, their new gear kits and the grooming station with arm on top of the crates! I mean talk about 10 in one uses ! What is really amazing is they collapse into an easy to compact case for travel or storage!L

I love my collapsible crate and fan. Took me a minute to figure out what I was doing but once I got the hang of it, it was so simple. And Jill was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. She was so quick to answer all my questions and I really appreciated all the help. Thank you so much

Very pleased with this crate! Well built,safe,keeps our 19 month old standard poodle in safe comfort. He can’t chew the bars ! Love it.
