Shipping policy

In stock crates are shipped out within 24 hours not including weekends. Shipping will then take 2-7 days to get to you.

Pre-Order crates completion time is now 3-4 weeks not including shipping times. We can ship crates to pretty much anywhere. If you can not checkout because your location is not available for shipping please reach out to us here and we will get you a custom shipping quote.

When you place an order with K&J Custom Dog Crates, your order will be shipped to the address designated by you as long as that shipping address can accept packages.  We can not ship to a PO Box.  Shipping costs for our collapsible metal crates vary as they are live rates from the courier companies. fees are depending on location, order size, time of year and are charged at checkout.   Customs duties and Import fees are to be paid by any customer that resides outside of Canada.

All deliveries are made by freight companies & standard couriers such as UPS and FedEx. Most freight companies require that an adult be present at the time of delivery and will not leave items without an adult over the age of 18 being able to sign for the shipment, As all of our shipments are insured.

**A phyiscal address must be giving for shipping. A PO Box will not work.**
