Updated Shipping Policy

In-stock crates: Ship within 24-48 hours (Mon–Fri). Transit time: 2–7 days. Please note metallic colours are a special order. Once ordered please allow approx. 1-2 weeks, this may be a shorter/longer time frame, it will depend on the availability of the metallic colour. 

Pre-Order crates: Current build time is 6–8 weeks + shipping transit time.

We ship crates across Canada, the U.S., and internationally.
If checkout won’t allow shipping to your location, please contact us here for a custom quote.

When you place an order with K&J Custom Dog Crates, your order will be shipped to the shipping address you provide, as long as that address can accept packages. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping costs for all crates, accessories, and equipment shown at checkout are live courier/freight rates and vary based on your postal code, order size, and time of year.

All shipments are insured and shipped via freight carriers and major couriers such as UPS / FedEx. Most freight deliveries require an adult (18+) to be present to sign for the shipment.

A physical address is required. PO Boxes cannot be used for crate shipments.


IMPORTANT — U.S. / International Orders

Import Duties, Tariffs & Customs Fees (U.S. & International Orders)

For U.S. orders, applicable import duties and tariffs are calculated and displayed as a line item at checkout — what you see is what you pay, with no surprise fees upon delivery.

For all other international orders, import duties, customs brokerage fees, and taxes are 100% the responsibility of the buyer and are assessed by the destination country's customs authority. These are not included in the price quoted at checkout.


Refusing Delivery (U.S. Customers)

If you choose to refuse delivery of your order once it has arrived in the United States, any return freight costs and re-import fees charged to bring the crate back into Canada will be deducted from your refund, in addition to our standard 10% restocking fee (based on product cost).
