When you place an order with K&J Custom Dog Crates, your order will be shipped to the address designated by you as long as that shipping address can accept packages. Shipping costs for our collapsible crates vary and will be calculated at checkout.

Import dutie fees are to be paid by you the customer.

Delivery Date. You will receive your tracking number for your order once it is ready for shipping. All deliveries are made by freight companies & standard couriers such as UPS and FedEx. Most freight companies require that an adult be present at the time of delivery and will not leave items without an adult over the age of 18 being able to sign for the shipment.

Amazing crate! Beautiful build! Looks great! Strong, and folds up nice and small to store. Also my dog loves sleeping in it because it’s dark and safe inside

The door guard is a good addition to our crate. We are having issues with our dog biting the bars of a traditional crate. I’m happy we were able to still attach a water bottle to the crate door. (I needed to use a zip tie to get everything to attach securely due to the style of water bottle we have, but it works well). Thank you for making this product as well as the crate!

Door Guard is amazing

Door guard is actually a pretty awesome addition to the crate as it really helps with the anxious doggies that may hurt their paws scratching on the standard door with just bars. Easy removal and assembly makes this product really super and flexible. I would certainly recommend it.
