When you place an order with K&J Custom Dog Crates, your order will take 7-14 days to process. This includes assembly and packaging. Once your order is ready it will be shipped to the address designated by you as long as that shipping address can accept packages. Shipping costs for our collapsible crates vary and will be calculated at checkout. Shipping will take 3-14 days depending on your location.

Import dutie fees are to be paid by you the customer. (Anywhere outside of Canada)

Delivery Date. You will receive your tracking number for your order once it is ready for shipping. All deliveries are made by freight companies & standard couriers such as UPS and FedEx. Most freight companies require that an adult be present at the time of delivery and will not leave items without an adult over the age of 18 being able to sign for the shipment.

**A phyiscal address must be giving for shipping. A PO Box will not work.**

Deceived

Firstly, we did not receive the correct size of mat to be added to the cage and after two months, I have not yet received the new carpet.
Secondly: Already, after a weekend of use, the place of insertion of the stem (stem) is broken, and yet, we are people who pay attention to our equipment. It's not very strong.

The whole set up is so functional!

It looks great. I haven't groomed on it yet but I will be next week at the dog show. I'll try update my review after the weekend and hopefully add some 'in action' pictures.

Wishing the grooming top was a different textile

The crates and trolley are very well made. Sturdy, arrived quickly with no issues. Very easy to set up.
My only complaint really is the grooming top is a peel and stick fabric that absorbs liquids and attracts hair. Will not be able to clean/santize. Would have preferred a rubber/plastic grippy type surface. Easier to clean this way.
Editing to add. Within 5 minutes of posting this review I received a personal phone call from Jillian to say that they have changed the crate top mat to a rubber mat/pad and to expect one in the mail shortly. That is well above and beyond customer service! Thank you so much

Like the Arm!

Like the arm and the 2 bolts to keep it secure! The mat however isn't my favorite, it came all wrapped up around the arm so is super wrinkled and I cant get it flat enough to put on. Especially after what we paid for the whole set up we want it to look nice. Ive had heavy books and had it laid out flat for a few weeks now and the wrinkles wont come out. The mat itself also doesn’t fit properly without needing some additional cutting, it overlaps the handles:handle frame. (Pics below) I'm super OCD so I probably wont put it on and will do a rubber mat alternative like others have suggested. Just due to the fabric not being easy to clean and not being able to get it flat enough to put on my crate.
