When you place an order with K&J Custom Dog Crates, your order will be shipped to the address designated by you as long as that shipping address can accept packages. K&J Custom Crates may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order. K&J Custom Dog Crates reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service, and/or to refuse service to any customer. Shipping costs for our collapsible metal crates are free in Canada and the US with exception to the XL sizes crates. Everywhere else shipping rates are calculated based on your address. Import duties and tax fees are to be paid by you the customer.

Delivery Date. You will be contacted by the delivery company approximately two days prior to delivery to confirm that date and time of your delivery. All deliveries are made by freight companies & standard couriers such as UPS and FedEx. Most freight companies require that an adult be present at the time of delivery and will not leave items without an adult over the age of 18 being able to sign for the shipment.

**A phyiscal address must be giving for shipping. A PO Box will not work.**

The custom molded corners allow for crates that are the same size to be stacked on top of each other and lock together.

Stainless Steel Slam Latch

The stainless steel latch has a push to close design enabling closing the door a one handed operation. Inside the crate is a latch cover that prevents your dog from opening the door internally.

Spring Loaded Top Handles

Spring loaded industrial handles ensure the handles do not rattle in transport and make the crates easy to carry or move around.

Stationary crate

I bought the small stationary crate for my corgi and it is perfect%21 I also bought the grooming set and the wheels. I’m 5’4” and it’s a few inches shorter than my standard grooming table%2C but still a great height. The grooming arm is strong and perfectly positioned. The grooming mat is really nice. My dog is happy in the crate whether in the car or at the show. Quality construction.

Finally

After years of struggling to find a crate to contain my Husky, I have found one.
The upfront cost always seemed to be a factor, well when you are purchasing new crates at $200 every month or sometimes week. $1500 really was not much (estimate that I have spent close to $7000 over the last 5 years on crates). Wish I could go back invest in the high-quality crate and save myself a lot of grief and unnecessary costs.
A week after receiving my first crate, I ordered a secondary for my Doberman, which also tended to destroy her crate.
Now to order a couple of collapsible crates for use in the vehicle.
